Tutoring

Are you stuck on a homework problem for your ECON class?

Do you have a last-minute study question for your upcoming ECON exam?

The Club hosts free drop-in question sessions for ECON 101 and ECON 103 throughout the semester.

  • If you would like to receive free tutoring services, just show up! Most of the tutors are volunteer upper-level economics students. The tutors are currently focusing on ECON 101 and ECON 103, although students registered for other courses are welcome to stop by as well. (In the event that there is not a tutor available for your course on a particular night, you may still benefit from the session by connecting and studying with other students in your class.)
  • If you prefer small-group weekly tutoring, please ask your professor about the Economics Department tutoring program. The program requires you to commit to meeting with your group every week for the semester. It is also free. (The Economics Club drop-in question sessions are for quick homework problems or last-minute study questions.)
  • If you are interested in volunteering to tutor (which looks great on resumes and counts for community service hours!), please contact the Tutoring Coordinator, Laura Taylor, at lntaylor@udel.edu.
